At our integrative and reproductive psychiatry practice, we envision a world where mental health care honors the individuality of each person- recognizing that not everyone fits neatly within the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM). We are committed to patient-centered care that integrates biological, psychological, social, and hormonal dimensions, respecting the complexity of each patient’s story. Our approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic, with a specialized focus on reproductive mental health and the art of de-prescribing, minimizing medications when appropriate to restore balance and empower healing from within. Positive mental health is more than merely the absence of mental illness; it is wellness.
