How to use Out-of-Network Benefits
We know insurance can feel confusing—especially when it comes to out-of-network benefits. The good news? You may still be able to get reimbursed for services, even if we’re not listed on your insurance website.
Here’s how it works:
Pay at the time of service
You’ll pay for your session upfront, just like a regular visit.Receive a superbill
We’ll provide you with a detailed receipt (called a “superbill”) that includes everything your insurance company needs.Submit to your insurance
You can send the superbill to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Many companies allow you to submit claims online—it’s often quick and straightforward.Get reimbursed (if eligible)
Depending on your plan, your insurance may reimburse you for a portion or all of the cost.
Helpful tip:
Before your first visit, we recommend calling your insurance provider and asking about your out-of-network benefits, including reimbursement rates and deductibles. This can help you better understand what to expect.
If you have questions along the way, we’re happy to help guide you through the process!
